A Pony!

The Lord has completely blessed us with a huge garden to grow veggies in! Such an answer to prayer for provision... : )

There is a lady at our church that has quite a few garden beds that are pretty big, and she offered one up to us! And not only that, but she has a beautiful horse, a cute little Shetland pony, and a HUGE backyard that the kids can run around and play in! Since our apartment doesn't even have a back porch, this is an enormous blessing!!!!!

Ava's 4th birthday

Ava turned the big 0-4 last Saturday!

This is her "special plate" she gets to eat off of on occasions such as this...

I made it for her when she was just a babe (...sniffle...)

I made blue and pink pancakes (pureed blueberries and strawberries) for the kids, and Ava got the extra special ones with chocolate chips :)

And here helping us celebrate the girl of the hour, we have Rosetta, Baby Corner, and Lovey:

Next came opening a few gifts:

lipstick (Cinderella chaptick)

a My Little Pony I got on clearance for 75 cents or so after Easter (so she has bunny ears, so what??? haha)

and a box of crayons. Ava looooves to color. Now we just have to make sure we keep them out of reach from Little Man. He thinks they're mighty tasty....

Speaking of Gabe, he saw the box we got from Nana and Grandpa, and once it was emptied, thought it was the perfect spot for him!
